Dear Parent/Guardian, In line with the Agency's TERMS & CONDITIONS on its commission on any successful admission into any of foreign universities, you are advised to abide by the following terms: *FIRSTLY:* The Parent/Guardian, should note that the agency will serve as the representative and eye-witness on their son/daughter situation, condition and well-being throughout his/her academic periods in the country, and will play it's role in accordance with the Islamic teachings to protect his/her educational interest... Furthermore, parent/gurdian will be connected and have Contact of the company member and representative of the parent to - the student- the one who lives close and will be the students neighbour in their houses that are accessible and easier to get to the institution. *SECONDLY:* As its known to almost all of our customers that the agency also deals in different aspect of businesses e.g real estate and cars, as well as connecting students with educational zeal to the abroad universities of their choices in different countries e.g Sudan, Ucrine, Uganda and Egypt etc. The agency mode of receiving it's commission from its esteemed customers in educational sector differs from other sectors, in this particular sector, the agency receives it's due commission in dollars due to its combination of domestic and foreign members in this educational sector of the company.

*THIRDLY:* _NB,. The agency doesn't concider the cost of the institutions' expenses in the procedures, low or hight expenses of an institution, rather, it consider the numbers of the applicants, the higher the numbers of the participants the lower the agency charges rate(progressive charges), while the lower the numbers of the applicants the higher the agency charges rate(regressive charges)._ _Also you should note that the following agency service fees are not open for NEGOTIATION._ The agency services commissions are here in details: A) One student= $1000(minimum) B) Two students= $1500 C) Three Students= $2000 D) Four Students = $2500 E) Five Students & above= $3000 We also have Scholarship Package Schemes(SPS) and Sponsorship Package Schemes(SPS) for governmental, organisational and individual applicants.

*FOURTHLY:* The payment for the agency services should be made on or before one day to the departure of the student to the country he chose to study..

The Payment may be cash in dollar or credit in the dollar current exchange rate of the country, to the hand or account of the CEO Ar-Rukhsoh Global Company, Mr. Musbahu Dahiru.
